66rand Central Elbert Traditional Cache

This cache is a small tube located at the top of the unnamed 13,963-foot summit at the 3-way central intersection of ridges from Mt. Elbert, South Elbert, and Bull Hill.

Trail options include

• Northeast ridge from the North Elbert trailhead via Mt. Elbert
• East ridge from the South Mt. Elbert trailhead via Mt. Elbert
• Southeast ridge from Black Cloud trailhead via South Elbert
• South ridge from the Echo Canyon trailhead via Bull Hill

All of these routes are 8 or more miles round trip with more than 4,000 feet of elevation gain. Be sure to start early and be off exposed ridges by mid-day.
