Cachen er plassert på toppen av Stemtjønn-nuten, 1300 m over havet. Vær vennlig å plassere cachen og beskyttelse i akkurat samme posisjon som det lå. Den er ikke veldig synlig .

The cache is located on top of Stemtønn-nuten, 1300 m above sea level. Please place the cache and protection in exactly the same position as it was. It is not very visible.

Med god tid til pauser for å nyte utsikten brukte vi 6 timer på turen fra parkeringsplassen nede ved skiheisen. Fra toppen av stolheisen kan en regne 4 timer frem og tilbake. (Vi tar oss god tid når vi går i fjellet) Vær oppmerksom at cachen ligger i et landskapsvernområde og vil bli disablet i de tidene det er ferdselforbud i området. Ferdselforbudet er mellom 25/4 og 31/5. Den beste perioden for en tur hit vil være på ettersommeren. Utsikten til fjellheimen rundt Hovden er formidabel og på dager med god sikt ser en Gaustatoppen mot øst. Sikkert andre kjente topper også.

Vi ber om at dere ivaretar sikkerheten ved ferdsel i høyfjellet. Ved toppen er det stupbratt og det vil til tider være fare for snøskred og issprang

With plenty of time for breaks to enjoy the view, we spent 6 hours on the trip from the parking lot at the ski lift. From the top of the chairlift, we figure four hours back and forth. (We take our time when we walk in the mountains)
Please note that the cache is located in a conservation area and will be disabeled the time it's traffic ban in the area. Traffic ban is now between april 25. and may 31. The best period for a trip here will be on after the summer. The view to the mountains around Hovden is formidable and on days with good visibility looks a Gaustatoppen east. Surely other famous peaks as well.

Take care of the safety when you hike in the mountains. At the top there is steep hillsides and it will, at times, be a risk of avalanche and falling ice.
