TurtleCon 2010 was in full swing as we were hiding this cache. My kids counted like 10 turtles hanging out below. How many can you spot?
Came across this place on Waymarking.com, and I decided it needed a cache of it's own. Please take care not to drop contents over board, and be sure to replace the container just as you found it.
There is no need to climb on any part of the bridge to find the cache. It is a long way down!
Be sure to log the benchmark on the north side of the bridge, and grab the nearby cache, Don't Forget the Cache (GC1GTN4), too.
UPDATE FEB/2012: The nearby landowner has put up some No Trespassing signs near the bridge (not on it), but don't let them fool you. This bridge is a public right-of-way. If you are still uncomfortable, I've added some secondary parking coordinates at a spot where you can approach the bridge from the opposite side. No gate this way, but a slightly longer walk. Happy hunting!
