I consider this location to be the end of The Strip because until Echelon Place is built and Fountainebleu is open, there isn't much to venture north from here to see (at least on foot). The Frontier used to sit on the adjacent corner, but it was imploded a few years back. Wynn is across the street.
My GPS coordinates are close, but not perfect since getting good signal on the Las Vegas Strip appears to be a challenge for most. Anyway, if you pay attention to my description, you will not have any trouble making the quick grab. Please keep in mind, this is muggle central, so discretion is required.
In the front of the Fashion Show Mall, there is a set of stairs that takes you up to the Food Court. This is your destination. A small cache (about 1/3 of the size of a 35mm film container) contains a log. BYOP.
