Smout's Concealment Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Ngaambul: As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Geocache Description:

Since magnets don't work on any of the near surfaces on the Ted Smout Briidge, Shell-A and I had to go below. This cache should show off the workmanship of the Ted Smout Bridge and the landscaping and will provide a pretty good view underneath Ted and between him and the Houghton Highway.

So welcome to the metre 1 of Australia's longest bridge.

Also, once the Hornibrook fishing platform is built this cache will be on the way.

Not to give too much away but the terrain rating reflects that you will need to walk up a steep and rocky incline and make a step up to find the cache.

You're looking for a silver eclipse tin which contains a pencil and logbook.

BYOP or sharpener.
