Lookout Mountain Parkway stretches along the hills from Gadsden, AL
to Chattanooga, TN. Somewhere along the route is DeKalb County,
Alabama….Home of the Lookout Mountain Parkway North &
South Series of caches. These were placed in hopes of bringing more
cachers to our beautiful area and to honor all the cachers around
these parts! The series is divided into the North and the South
caches. Each series was hidden by different cachers and contains a
variety of containers and secret hiding spots! Hope you enjoy the

GeoNitro, J-Bar88, and I decided to number these like Ft Payne
does their streets. We started at the center (Hwy35/Hwy 176) and
numbered from there. (Well, actually, J-Bar88 & I numbered from
there. Dunno what GeoNitro did. lol.) So, depending on which way
you started this route, this cache is either your first or your
last. Of course, we may add to this later on and go into Cherokee
& Etowah County on the South side or into Georgia &
Tennessee on the North side. Which means we could add onto our
numbers. Neat, isn't it? Happy Hunting!
