A series of caches varying in size placed on public footpaths/Bridleways, behind and above the Dorset village of Shitterton. Part of the walk will take you through Black Hill Heath SSSI, however no caches are placed within this area. You will discover stunning views across Bere Regis and the surrounding countryside. In amongst the trees you may even notice the tree mast! The terrain varies in different parts of the walk, the paths can be narrow in a few places, and between waypoints 2 & 4 steep, after rain or in winter muddy.
Waypoints are listed for parking, stages and route directions. Please be respectful to local residents.
This is very popular area for dog walkers and ramblers etc. Stealth will be required as muggles can approach from all directions.
Please note the terrain here is 3.5 due to the permissive path being narrow in places and quite steep towards the end, as you cross Black Hill Heath SSSI.
You are looking for small screw top cylinder container that holds a logbook, pen and small swops, please trade fairly.
No night caching.
