shes_out_there on I-76 West Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Keystone: I am responding to the "Needs Archived" log.

In 2012, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission asked Geocaching HQ to temporarily disable all caches within its right of way, including all "rest area" caches. Later, after the Turnpike Commission did not articulate a geocaching policy that would allow for the continuation of cache placements, all such caches were archived.

Somehow, I missed this listing during that project. My apologies to anyone affected by the oversight. I am archiving the listing at this time.

Geocache Description:

This one is for my fellow cachers who travel and are out_there like me.

I like to visit new places as often as possible. I'm grateful to all the cachers who've thought to place a cache at a rest stop or a JOE. It makes the trip that much more exciting to me. Yes, I've been known to plan my driving route according to where the most caches can be found. =)

This cache can be found at a rest stop along the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76 West). Local cachers can access it by parking in the employee lot off Brinker Road and walking into the rest stop property.

Take a break from your travels, stretch your legs and let your GPS get a little exercise. This find won't take too long, but it is out of sight of the hustle and bustle of this busy place. It's a small container that can fit geocoins or a streamlined travel bug. It contains a log sheet & pencil to get you started.
