Suuri pronssikautinen hautaröykkiö. Big burial cairn from bronze age.
Kummelbergetin hautaröykkiö (N60°14.037 E22°14.972) saattaa olla Paraisten suurin lajissaan.
Kummelberget sijaitsee Sattmarkista (N60°15.025 E22°14.455) alkavan vaellusreitin (11km) varrella, joten jos kuntoa ja tarmoa riittää, niin auton voi jättää parkkiin sinne.
Jos haluat päästä vähemmällä kävelyllä, voit aloittaa Vånontieltä Mörkmilanin kohdalla (N60°14.112 E22°15.789), jossa erkanee metsätie. Tie on tavallisesti suljettu puomilla (tai jos ei juuri sillä hetkellä ole, ei ainakaan kannata luottaa että se palatessakaan ei olisi), joten auto kannattaa jättää paikkaan jossa se ei häiritse muita tienkäyttäjiä (metsätie mukaanluettuna).
Kulje metsätien päähän (N60°14.048 E22°15.227), jossa etuvasemmalle erkanee polku; sitä vajaa 100 metriä kuljettuasi (N60°14.022 E22°15.183) saavut vaellusreitille (merkitty sinisellä) -> jyrkkä käännös oikealle, muutama sata metriä vaellusreittiä pitkin ja olet perillä!
Kätkössä 2 litran lock'n'lock-"klooni" jossa lokivihko, kynä ja kätkötiedote. Sopivankokoiset reissaajat mahtuvat kyllä.
Kummelberget burial cairn (N60°14.037 E22°14.972) might be the biggest one in Parainen.
Kummelberget is situated by the trail (11 kilometres) starting from Sattmark (N60°15.025 E22°14.455). So if you are in good shape and have enough energy you can leave your car there.
If you prefer shorter walking you can start from Vånontie at Mörkmilan (N60°14.112 E22°15.789), where a forest road starts. The forest road is normally blocked by bar (and if not, please do not trust it would be unblocked when you come back) so you should leave your car in such a place where it doesn't interfere other road (including the forest road) users.
Go to the end of forest road (N60°14.048 E22°15.227), then follow the small path and after under 100 metres (N60°14.022 E22°15.183) you come to the trail (marked with blue) -> tight turn to right, follow the trail and after few hundred metres you are at the destination!
In the cache container (2 litres lock'n'lock-"clone") there is logbook, cache note and pencil. And of course there is room for travellers of reasonable size.
