Geocache Description:


 

You are looking for a camouflaged canister located just inside the treeline off to the side of a huge gravel lot. This cache is great for travelers, and locals alike. There is room in the lot to handle the biggest RV and Trucks, it is quite, not a lot of muggles around most of the time. I thought of this one for those wanting a break on a quiet exit with larger vehicles. But small ones are welcome just the same.

 

 

Milan is a town in Franklin and Washington townships, Ripley County, Indiana, United States. The population was 1,816 at the 2000 census. The town's name is pronounced differently from the English name for the Italian city of the same name. Milan High School won the Indiana state basketball championship against Muncie Central High School in 1954. The signifance of their victory was that Milan was the smallest-populated high school in the U.S. to win a state championship in national history. The 1986 film Hoosiers is based on the story of the 1954 Milan Team.
