Fifth Order Fresnel-Variant View
This is one of those boring hides but the hide brings you to a
very nice view of the Hudson-Athens lighthouse. Depending on your
direction of travel, the view will either elude you or smack you
right in the face. Due to the width of the road and lack of a truly
decent parking spot close to the cache, I have included the
“official” parking area. This makes the trek about a
quarter of a mile but should be the safest way to approach the
cache.
I have the Census to thank for this location as I had to work on
this road during one of the operations. Had I just turned the car
around I would never have caught this view. Pure, dumb luck is what
got me here.

People that do not wish to do a cache because of any danger they
might perceive to be present is certainly within their right to not
proceed. However you do not have the right to try to ruin the
enjoyment of others in attempting a find that is beyond your
capabilities, but not beyond theirs. This goes for almost every
caching event there is. After all one might run into spiders,
snakes, poisonous plants, broken glass, trips and falls and the
list goes on.
