Geocache Description:

***The cache is located in the Sierra National Forest, but you will need to enter and pass through Kings Canyon National Park or Sequoia National Park, which requires an entrance fee of $20. This cache may also not be available during winter months due to the road gate being closed. Please check if the gate is open for Highway 180 before attempting to retrieve during winter months.

There is plenty of parking at GZ. It is near the river bank, so please be careful when searching. There is no need to search down the bank or near the river. Don't forget your camera, because this is a great place to take some photos. This cache is a bison tube hanging/ attached by a wire onto the sign. You may need to pull it up, but there is no need to remove the wire from the cache. Riverside- easier to get to while driving east on Hwy 180. Bring your own pen
