The Dirty Dozen
An Army Major who likes to butt heads with his superiors, is being "given" a new assignment, to train 12 men who are either sentenced to death or life imprisonment, to go behind enemy lines raid a chateau that the Germans are using as an R&R center and kill as enemy officers as they can and disrupt the German chain of command. Now he not only has to train them; he has to get them to start acting like a unit. This is the ninth cache in a series. We have decided to make a 13 cache series (the Dirty Dozen plus the Major) - each one (we believe) evilly difficult or very fun to find. Seth Sawyer (Colin Maitland) – Sentenced to 20 years hard labor. It is a $5 entry fee per car but you can do what we did and park in the neighborhood at the park entrance and walk in for free. I tried to plant it away from any poison oak, but be careful there is plenty in this park. Congrats to Olivia Noelle for the first to find and log all 13!!! Congrats to BThomas for the second to find and log. HMB Lipripper is coming up fast for a possible third.
