Red rock is a glacial erratic on Prangli island, which circumference is 31.1 m, length 11.1 m, width 8.8 m and height 3.3 m.
Because of large dimensions of erratic, it is classified among giant glacial erratics, which is about a hundred in Estonia. It is the only giant erratic on Prangli island.
The stone is covered with a thick layer of lichen and the red color of the initial observation may not stand out well.

Punane kivi on rändrahn Prangli saarel, mille ümbermõõt on 31,1 meetrit, pikkus 11,1 m, laius 8,8 m ning kõrgus 3,3 m.
Rahnu suurte mõõtmete tõttu klassifitseerub Prangli Punane kivi hiidrahnude hulka, mida on Eestis ligi sada. Tegu on ainsa hiidrahnuga Prangli saarel.
Kivi on kaetud paksu samblike kihiga ja punane värvus ei pruugi esmasel vaatlusel hästi silma paista.
