There is currently road construction going on here and I parked on the side of the road, but with my amber light on my truck, my yellow safety vest and my lanyard with nametag and clip board - no one paid me any attention. In fact one of the construction guys waved at me like - 'Hey, yeah .. How ya doin?'

It's not unusual for patrons of the DPS office to park on this side of the road and jog across the street to take care of business. So, depending on the time of day and road conditions you may not have to walk far to get this smiley. There is quite a bit of muggle traffic and the construction guys might get curious, so be stealthy please.
