Geocache Description:

Cache in honor of MORTS campout which might be ending this year.. Cache was placed in flip flops, so don't wander into the blackberries too much. Large black duct taped pill bottle for trade items, party favors and camping swag.

"M.O.R.T." stands for Mahealani,
Orenda, Roxy and Tori. The four of these ladies have participated in the campout tradition or the past 14 years. This is a self-propelled event. So these ladies put all the funding and coordination of the band, food, the shower, the toilets, and anything else the Campout needs – without getting paid for it. So when you see ‘em give ‘em a big ol’ “Thanks!”
And remember…
WHAT HAPPENS AT CAMPOUT, STAYS AT CAMPOUT!!! (Unless someone got a picture of it!)

This is our first cache and thought it would be nice to honor the memories of MORTS in a way that would live on.

Cache started out with:
Logbook signed by some of the campers. Dinosaur pencil
super bouncy ball
small poof football
bubbles
$1 bill
MORTS lanyard
Pine scented candle
robot dude
Spongebob and Gary plastic charm
pumpkin rubber duckie that we picked up in another cache closer to Bend, OR.
