This walk ideally starts at Craigmarloch, opposite Tesco, and if driving can be situated by parking just before Eastfield cemetery.
Craigmarloch is a new community park, though once was used as a quarry, now it offers fantastic views of Cumbernauld, make sure on the way back you come down along the snake path and pass the Mosque, hidden almost by trees along the roadway.
WARNING!!!!!Please note that during summer, the rock with a split personality is partially covered by a Beech tree, if coming uphill, then its shortly after the bench.
Please note also, that most items have been taken without replacing similar gifts, please abide by the rules of etiquette and leave something if taking something. It could be that it has been muggled and lost some of its contents, However, I will restock it June 2011. Thanks all...
This is a medium sized cache which contains several items including,
1. Rubber Duck called Darcy, with a travel bug attached
2. Handy pocket sized screwdriver
3. Key chain pair of plyers
4. Torch light
5. Angel Bracelet
6. Geo coin (with mission)
7. Pencil sharpener (To stay in cache)
8. Log Book
Please note, the zip bag for the log book may be accessed by tearing into it to get to, as it is quite a snug fit, I have included extra zip bags, please make sure you put a fresh one on the log book, thanks.
