Almost accessible by wheelchair but not quite. Occasional muggles walking down the sidewalk but shouldn't be a problem. This is a quick park and grab. In fact, I didn't even use a bag to put the log in so please let me know how it stands the weather.
When I started caching about a year and a half ago, I said I would never hide a cache in a lamp post. And I haven't! But this is the next to most common place to hide a micro. There is a concrete driveway used by the phone company to park while they work on their equipment. The drive is only about 20 feet long hence the name of the cache. This is where you park for this hunt, unless of course there is a phone truck there. If so, please call back later!
