A nice traditional cache in White Horse Country Park, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Cache gives outstanding views of surrounding location (Maidstone).
Recommended parking at N 51° 17.856 E 000° 35.551 (charges apply)
Alternative parkiing: up Thurnham Lane, but very limited.
This is our first cache, we came up with idea of putting a disposable camera here, but after several fail attempts, there is no longer a camera here. But we do advise you to take your own photos of the views and attach it to your log once you have found the cache.
This is a really nice walk, can take the dog as well :)
Cache is near the triangulation point.
During the winter the cache is very exposed, so please hide as well as possible so that it does not get muggled! In the summer this is less of a problem.
