Quick and easy find in an established residential area, so use typical precautions for this type of area. Coords were checked with 2 GPS units over several days, so numbers should be good
Should be plenty of places with room to pull off and park close to the cache site. There are lots of barking dogs in fenced yards in the area, so caching very early in the morning or late at night could be challenging. Pretty much a park and grab.
