Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium is a gymnasium for indoor sport completed in April, 1954.
The purpose of use is mainly a sporting event as the name suggests. In Tokyo Olympic Games, it was used as a hall of gymnastics in 1964. It is rarely used for others also as an artist's concert hall.

東京体育館は1954年4月に完成した屋内スポーツ用の体育館です。
使用用途は主にはその名の通りスポーツ競技にて利用されます。1964年には東京オリンピックにおいて体操競技の会場として使用されました。その他には稀にアーティストのコンサート会場としても利用されます。
