Geocache Description:

Where four paths cross on the moors above Rothbury

A steepish walk for about a mile from Rothbury onto the moors. This cach is just of Lord Armstrongs carriage drive. A road put in place by Lord Armstrong so he could take his guests by carriage over the moors to view some of the best views in Northumberland. Our cach in amongst the heather just to the West of Addycombe Woods. Once you've bagged this cach you have the choice of a variety of routes back to Rothbury.
