Bald Hill Cache Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
Newly introduced as part of the Morris County Parks Trails, Jonathan Woods in Denville NJ. The area was formerly known as "Bald Hill" hence the name of the cache. Parking is best at the end of Hillcrest Drive.
This is a dirt and slightly rocky trail with some small hills, not too difficult though; a three-year-old has made this venture. The cache is hidden approximately .72 miles from parking at the end of Hillcrest Drive and staying on the trail. Where the tree splits the trail stay right, then take the low road. The cache is hidden approximately 10' from the trail so there is never a need to go bush-whacking!
The container is approximately 3" X 6" plastic cylinder-like jar with screw on lid. It is white and grey. Container contents include a log book with pencil (push eraser if you need more lead) and small to medium size trinkets for trading.
HAVE FUN!! This is our first ever hide with our friends "JRLeek" who recently took us out to Racoon Island for our first hunt.
