The Round Knob trail follows an old road that once made a loop across the summits of Bald Mountains and then descended back along Horse Creek. It is now used as a rough all terrain vehicle road and horse trail. Continuing on up the trail from the Round Knob - Start me UP.
You are looking for a 4" SQUARE lOCK n' lOCK painted with GEOCACHE stenciled on it. The hike TO THIS CACHE is approx .6 miles and continues the climb from 3302ft elev up to 3570ft Cache is out of site from the trail so ATV muggles and horseback riders don't accidentally see it. Please hide back and leave no trace. Consider either zigzagging or circling around from behind so as to not leave tracks to the cache.
