The Gnightly Gnome Mystery Cache

The Gnightly Gnome will not be easily found.... he prefers a game of hide & seek, a game best played in the dark!! The coordinates will take you to the starting point, but then you will have to find your way to his cache... using your bravery, your wits and a flashlight!! Are you brave enough to undertake such a journey??? To make it fair, there is room to park your mode of conveyance across the road, slightly down hill from the starting point.
When you are ready to begin your quest turn on your flashlight and shine it toward the trees....if you see a bright pair of eyes, go to that tree and repeat, again and again. When you find a smile ...... you will have found your treasure!!! A little reminder: Nothing is quite so dark as the woods at night. Walk with care. This cache hunt should be done with appropriate shoes. No flip-flops or sandals! Long pants are also recommended. Nighttime cache hunts are by their nature slower and more watchful hunts than daytime ones. Please hike carefully and be mindful of obstacles that in the daytime would be easily identified: logs, stones, dead branches (including those at or near eye level) and uneven terrain. The cache is a regular ammo box.
