Geocache Description:

On King County Park Land Near Soos Creek Elementary

Please note that you do not need to access this cache from the nearby elementary school. There is one specific access point within the neighborhood (see parking waypoint) that is clearly labeled as King County park land (look for the sign and chain link gate). You are welcome to park along any of the sidewalks/curbs near the park access point. Please do not block neighborhood driveways and watch out for underage muggles, they and their trails are plentiful in the area. (School starts a bit after 9 and is out a bit after 3pm)

Please do gently remove and hide the cache to keep the natural camouflage useable to avoid the eyes of the plentiful muggle presence here.

This cache is placed in honor of a local hero that legend says worked at the local school until a nasty little dog named Rif sunk his teeth in to him forcing him to stoically abdicate, nay, I say, he bravely stepped forward into adventure (as you would expect a geocacher to). Some say he went to strange and far off places such as Issaquah or exotic Renton. Wherever his adventure has now led him and continues to lead him he will not just survive, but thrive! For that is the strength of this hero (but I'd wait 'til the bite heals). In his short time at the local school he challenged (afterschool by the monkey bars, or else!), entertained (with a cute frog, voice included), taught (eek, really, in a school), and slathered us (no, not with sunscreen or BBQ sauce, but his own secret sauce). For that, I think, is this hero's superpower. With his slathering of "sauce" he had ways of making things happen that were extraordinary, and wondrous. I know that as I eat my burger now, I am already wishing there were some secret sauce on it. Thanks Joe! (for kick-starting me into GeoCaching too :)

Gratz to WellJointed on FTF!!
