Cache to mark the Eagle Project of a Scout from Troop 0799 in Marseilles,IL.

Eagle Scout is the highest rank in all of Scouting. The young man who has met the requirements of Eagle Rank has passed many milestones in his journey. The Eagle Project must demonstrate leadership of others and provide service to a worthy institution other than the Boy Scouts. This may be a religious institution, school, or community. This exceptional young man chose to remake the flag holders for the Veteran's Memorial located here. WM4VB3 is the code for the Waymark for this cemetery. Take a pic of your visit to log a find for that as well. Please no spoiler pics though. The cache is placed with the permission of the Riverview Cemetery Association.
