Geocache Description:

From the friends:

BrandCo has hosted many events at their house and cooked dutch oven meals for everyone. They have even let us come up to Flaming Gorge for a vacation. They have always made everyone feel welcome and part of the family. This cache is dedicated to them. Thanks for good food and good times.

The cache is an ammo box. Not hard to find. Please be cautious as it is by a busy intersection. Please trade up or trade even.

A note from the family.

On March 20, 1975, our family began. Our father, Brian, married his sweetheart (our dear mother) Colleen on this beautiful day. The two began a wonderful life together, and were soon the parents of 4 incredible kids: Scottypiper, The Snooper, The Quiz's, and Danny (not a cacher but all his kids are- The Dancin K's). Mom and Dad always took us camping, signed us up for sports, helped us with many of life’s challenges, and were always there for us. Family means the world to our parents, and our parents mean the world to us.

Now the proud Grandparents to 6 wonderful Grandchildren (most of them cachers- Guatamelon, Kelsieboohoo and the Dancin K's), Brian and Colleen have lived life fully for the 35 years of their lives together. It may seem like a fairytale to some, but as you may know, every fairytale has an ending. Be it happy or sad, that is left strictly to interpretation. The villain in this fairytale arrived May 8, 2008, after about 18 months of medical tests finally determined that the reason Mom was losing the ability to use her legs normally, was due to ALS: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gerhigs disease.

Dad, the family, and a team of doctors , swords in hand, all sought to slay this firey foe, but to no avail. It seems everything she can use to help with this disease, simply makes her only more comfortable for what will soon be the end of her short life. After all, Mom is only 53 years old.

Mom loved to go geocaching but she wasn't big on the micros. She also loved riding her motorcycle with Dad and going on hikes.

If you have a loved one that is battling a disease or have lost a loved one to a disease, please feel free to share your story in the log. Hopefully there will be a cure for all diseases soon.

Congrats to BrandCo for FTF! Seems fitting since this was there tribute cache. Thanks Stocker 2 for visiting and stocking up the cache!
