Geocache Description:

Es handelt sich um ein Mystery, die angegeben Koordinaten sind fiktiv! Wenn ihr das Mystery erfolgreich gelöst habt, seid ihr entweder selbst ein Literaturguru oder habt höchstwahrscheinlich die Hilfe eines solchen in Anspruch genommen.

Gesucht werden 6 literarische Werke. Es handelt sich ausnahmslos um bedeutende Romane, (jedes von ihnen ist verfilmt worden - im Falle des mehrbändigen Werkes zumindest Teile davon). Alle Werke stammen aus verschiedenen Ländern - sie zu nennen wäre wohl zu viel verraten.
Die Hinweise, die ich gebe, sind alle mehr oder weniger im ersten Kapitel zu finden - man muss nicht notwendigerweise das ganze Werk gelesen haben, um sie identifizieren zu können. Ich würde es aber natürlich empfehlen. :)
Also stürzen wir uns gleich ins Vergnügen.


(A)
Sehr umsichtig vom Autor, einen so langen Tag mit einer Rasur anfangen zu lassen.

(B) Offensichtlich ist der Eingang zur Hölle nicht allzu weit von der Wall Street entfernt.

(C) Ich persönlich gehe ja auch heute noch früh zu Bett.

(D) Man sollte nicht über das Christentum spotten - wer weiß, wer auf der Nachbarbank sitzt.

(E) Ein Besuch, der statt der geplanten 3 Wochen 7 Jahre dauert... normal ist das wohl nicht.

(F) Die Geschichte wird von einem Mönch erzählt - und damit habe ich wohl schon mehr als genug verraten.



Schreibe die deutschen Titel der gesuchten Romane auf (falls es ein mehrbändiges Werk ist, ist der Titel des Gesamtwerkes gesucht) und zähle die Buchstaben.

This is a mystery cache, the given coordinates are fictitious! If you are able to solve the mystery successfully you are either “literature gurus” yourselves – or you have asked one for help.

You need to find 6 literary works. Each one of them is a significant novel (films of each of these works have been made – in case of the multi-volume work at least parts of it have been turned into film). All works are from different countries – naming the countries would give away too much.

All hints that I give can be found more or less in the first chapter of the books. You don’t need to read through the whole novels in order to identify them, but of course I would recommend to do so.

So, let’s plunge into it. Enjoy!

(A) How prudent of the author to start such a long day with shaving.

(B) The entrance to hell is obviously not too far away from Wall Street.

(C) I personally still go to bed early.

(D) Don’t make fun of Christianity – you don’t know who is sitting on the bench next to you.

(E) The visit was supposed to last 3 weeks, it turned out to be 7 years…is that normal?

(F) The story is told by a monk – that’s probably all I need to say.

Write down the German titles of the respective novel (if it is a multi-volume work, please use the title of the complete work) and count the letters.
