Geocache Description:

Get on top

Note: I have adjusted the difficulty to better reflect its current location. This cache has move around a bit as it's been re-planted

As with any foray into the Thompson Ledges, there is a definite risk of injury associated with climbing around on these giant rock formations. ALWAYS exercise caution and make sure you have firm handholds/footholds before moving.

After parking at Thompson Ledges Park, use the first rock staircase down as you travel south down the road at the top of the cliffs (the staircase is cut into the cliff itself and is very narrow). Once at the bottom, head south and stay along the base of the cliff. You'll pass through some mucky parts of the path, so you may want to bring shoes you don't mind getting dirty.

Look east for big rocks that have separated from the main body of the cliff. The one you're looking for is quite long and has broken in half. The cache is a pill bottle at the top, and it may be tough to find depending on how thick the foliage grows.
