Travel along state highway 5 until you reach ELLIS WALLACE RD and drive till you get to the very end of the road were you will have to go through a gate and park your car before the bridge.Walk over the bridge and head to the left and follow the stream.The walk is not to hard but watch out for the live fence. A great place to take the family also a great place to swim.
Start going up here S39 18.359 E176 48.109 Its tricky in the wet but dead easy when dry.Bring good swaps. Stream gem cache is nearby. Oh yeah dont forget your wet shoes.
