Ever since we started geocaching we’ve had this goal to find 100 caches in a day.
Why? It’s not the largest number ever found
(to date I think the record is 566 in a day – Whew! )
But 100 caches found in one day is a real accomplishment!
Please accept this series of Challenge Caches as a celebration of your achievements or as a goal to complete.
There is nothing tricky or difficult about this particular hide, the difficult part is qualifying to seek it..
The cache is at the posted coordinates. But in order to log a find on this one, there is something extra you will need to do. In addition to finding the cache and signing the logbook, you must complete the following challenge:
You must have logged 100 caches in a single day.
The challenge is 100 caches found in one straight 24 hour day. For some this may mean starting in the wee small hours of the morning, and caching till the sun goes down…. for some of you die-hard cachers, that’s just a handful of caches that you grabbed after lunch! Either way, the requirement is that you found (DNF’s do not count) 100 caches in a single day.
Here are the rules:
1. In your log you don’t have to list all 100 caches, just let me know what day you logged your 100 caches.
2. Sit back and enjoy the admiration and accolades of having found 100 caches in a day!
Please Note: You are welcome to find the cache, sign the log, and write comments on this cache page but you cannot log this cache as "found" unless you meet the requirements and have furnished proof to the cache owner as specified above.
The coordinates are real and if anyone finds this cache, signs the log, and logs a "found it" online without having verified their qualification to do so, will be forcing me to unceremoniously remove their log online and your caching superpowers will dim ..... It is all for fun, and this cache is to honor those power cachers who have met this challenge!!
