This is a micro hidden on or about a bridge. It is solid ground although not paved it should be wheel chair accessible. No crossing fences should be needed. Bring your own pen or pencil as there was no room for such things.
Foster is a small town along highway 13. It used to be bigger with a Bank, Grocery Store and Post Office but still struggles to stay alive today with none of these. I had been thinking that Foster was in need of a GeoCache for some time so I finally decided to do something about it. This shouldn't be too hard to find but watch for cars as this road is relatively busy. Stealth may be necessary at times. I broke down and revised the difficulty up some. It seems people are having a harder time with it than I thought they would.
