To the Slides Traditional Cache
cbagaason: Thanks to everyone who has found this cache in the last 5 years. Now that my son (Legoboy78) is a teenager, we tend to do tougher hikes so this is not on our annual hike list anymore and tougher to tend to. This is a very popular trail, hopefully someone else will grab a nearby spot and keep another cache going. Happy Trails!

This is an easy hike up the Denny Creek Trail on the way to the Denny Creek Waterslides. This cache is intended to be a fun, quick cache on the way up to Denny Creek. You will need to fill out a free trail permit at the trailhead and have a Northwest Forest Pass permit to park your car.
We have hiked this trail every year since our son (LegoBoy78) was born. Denny Creek Waterslide is such a wonderful place for the kids to play. I can remember coming up here when I was young. Hiking has always been our family sport. We just discovered Geocaching and have been delighted to find so many caches along our favorite NW hiking trails. We were disappointed to find only one cache along the Denny Creek trail so decided to change that. You are looking for a small plastic lock container sealed in a plastic gallon freezer bag. Absolutely no bushwacking required.
There is enough room in the container for small trackable items. Bring your own pen.
