Congrats to Gilbertopr1167. This Cache was without an FTF for some time... until a brave went to Culebra to pick-it up. It even went thru a Hurricane in place, alone without any company or any log...
BYOP!!! Cache does NOT have a pen.
BYOP. The cache is near an old military tank left at Culebra from the days of the NAVY practice in the island. You can reach the Island of Culebra via a ferry from the town of Fajardo or you can take a flight on a small airplane from Ceiba or Isla Grande airports. From the Culebra airport or Ferry you need to go to Flamenco Beach, Once there enjoy the beautiful beach and look for the cache. The tank is near the campground. Be sure to look at the coords since there is a second tank in the area. Don't need to climb onto the tank.
