Il "Professor Layton" è il personaggio principale di una serie di giochi per piattaforma NDS che raccontano le misteriose avventure di questo abilissimo risolutore di enigmi. I giochi sono impostati in modo che per poter completare ed arrivare alla soluzione finale è necessario risolvere tutti i vari enigmi, di differenti difficoltà, che vengono proposti durante il corso del gioco.
Questa serie di cache è liberamente ispirata proprio a questo personaggio. Come nei giochi, voi sarete il Professor Layton a cui verranno sottoposti dei quiz la cui soluzione porterà a trovare i cache.

In futuro sarà poi creato un "bonus cache" per tutti coloro che avranno risolto e trovato tutti i cache della serie.

Buongiorno Professore, come va?

Giocare con i numeri è, da sempre, uno dei miei passatempi preferiti. Per questo in questi giorni ho pensato di proporle due piccolo giochi, non troppo complessi, che le forniranno le indicazioni per trovare il suo ottavo cache.

Eccoli:

Gioco 1: Qui a destra può vedere una semplice operazione matematica. Negli spazi deve inserire i numeri da 1 a 9 (inclusi), utilizzandoli una volta sola, così da completare l'operazione. Esistono, però, 2 soluzioni e lei, Professore, dovrà trovalre entrambe per poi sottrarre dalla cifra a 5 cifre più alta, quella a 5 cifre più bassa. Il numero risultante da questa operazione sarà X.
Gioco 2: Qui a destra può vedere un "circolo di numeri". Dovrà scoprire quale numero si nasconde dietro il punto di domanda, in modo tale che sia rispettata la sequenza circolare tra i numeri. Il numero misterioso sarà Y.

A questo punto, esimio Professore, sarà per lei semplice individuare dove è stato nascosto il cache, sostituendo i numeri scoperti in queste formule che le consegneranno le coordinate finali del nascondiglio:

Si tratta di un nanocontenitore magnetico color verde. Al suo interno troverete il solo logbook (ricordatevi la penna) e è possibile che possano essere necessarie delle pinzette.
E' superfluo sottolineare di rimettere il cache nella stessa identica posizione in cui lo avete trovato.

"Professor Layton" is the main character of a serie of games for the NDS platform. They are designed to tell mysterious adventures of this very skillfull quiz solver. In order to finish the game, the player must solve all the quizzes, with different difficulty level. The quiz are discovered during the game.
This serie of caches is freely inspired to this character. As it happens in the games, you will be action Professor Layton and you will be asked to solve quizzes in order to get to the final cache.

In the next future will be created a "bonus cache" for all the geocachers that will be able to solve all the caches that belong to this serie.

Hello Professor, how's going?

As you certainly know, having fun with the numbers is one of my preferred hobby. So, in these days, I came up with two games, not too complex, that will provide you the information to find your eight cache.
Here they are:

Game 1: On the right you can see a very simple math operation. You have to fill the spaces with the numbers from 1 to 9 (included), using them only once, until you have the operation completed. There are two different solutions and, Professor, you have to find both of them. Then you will subtract the lowest 5 digit number from the highest 5 digit number. The resulting number from this operation will be X.
Game 2: On the right you can see a "circle of numbers". You will have to find out which number is hidden behind the question mark, so to follow the circular sequence of all the numbers. The mistery number will be Y.

At this point, Professor, it will be very easy for you to find out where the cache has been hidden, simply substituing the numbers you just discovered in these formulas. They will provide you the final cooridnates of the cache:

Notes regarding the cache
We are talking of a magnetic green nanocontainer. Inside you will find the logbook only (so remember to bring a pen) and you maybe need the help of tweezers.
It is not necessarily to say put it back in the same position you have found it.
