Geocache Description:

Log Cabin Corner

Some 50 plus years ago, there was a little log cabin and produce stand located on the northwest corner of the junction just north of this cache. It was all "local grown" produce. They had the best tomatoes and water melon you ever tasted. In the fall, they had the biggest "ole pumpkins" you ever saw and best "homemade apple cider" you ever tasted. The cider was sold in one gallon, glass jugs. Years ago, the little log cabin fell down and a bigger log cabin was built. In the 1970's, that log cabin was moved to Woodward and the present log building was built. It was a convenience store and cafe before it closed down several years ago.

The name is the only thing that has not changed. Enjoy "Log Cabin Corner".
