Part of Vernon Rails To Trails. This is a great area to walk, with a bridge overlooking the pond. My daughter loves to throw stones in the water. You might even see a kayaker or two. We did when we were first hiding our cache. We also saw a deer next to the bridge.
If you start at the bridge, the terrain is a bit rough, but if you continue down a bit you can access the trail on more level ground so it is easier for kids.
We walk this trail often so maybe we will see you there. Please make sure to remain hidden to keep the cache safe.
This is a medium size lock and lock container. There are lot of things for kids to pick from. Please remember to swap items of equal value and to make sure it is hidden well. Kids like to use the area for bike riding and it might get taken if it is not hidden well.
