After finding a few "JOE" caches out East we decided to bring the idea home to the Midwest. This JOE (Just Off Exit) is "decaffeinated" now so after this quick grab, you'll have to drive a bit further South for your caffeine fix. This cache is a little trickier than others like it; please rehide as found. BYOP
