Each summer our Cub Scout Pack has a family camping weekend at Lake
Carmi. This is a great State Park to visit and we have lots of fun
swimming, attending the nature programs put on by the Rangers and
Staff, the Bog Walk and exploring the Nature Trails.
This cache is located along the Nature Trail Loop at the north
end of the park. After finding the cache you can continue along the
trail to complete the loop - its about the same distance whichever
way you decide to go. Please bring a pen or pencil to sign the log.
Park at the far end of the public beach area and head north to the
trail sign. During camping season you will have to pay a small fee
to enter the park.
