You will be looking for a blinkie. I don't think this will be tough at all.
We have all seen the signs "Parking reserved for "______________". All others will be towed away at owners expense. Well, this blinkie is near one of these signs. the space is reserved for "Bob's Friends". Stealth may be required. Happy caching.
