Geocache Description:

Elevation 230.3 m.

The PEANUT BUTTER series. This series will be comprised of only
peanut butter jars covered in camo. All the caches will be named
after the numerious meals we can make with the smashed nut.

After all the hardship the peanut has faced in our schools, being
banned and all, I thought how better to make the peanut feel
appreciated again.

Peanuts are actually legumes, not nuts, and they originated from Brazil, and that even the Incas appreciated the delicious taste of peanut butter many centuries before us! As for health benefits, the unsaturated fat content in peanut butter helps reduce the risk of heart disease by 25% (if you eat 1oz per day), its rich folate and niacin (vitamin B3) content helps increase the HDL (good cholesterol) level by as much as 30%, all while being a very good source of proteins (up to 25% of peanuts consists of proteins) and dietary fiber; the most unique property of peanut butter, though, is its high content in Resveratrol, a substance that's been shown to have very strong anti-cancer properties.

Peanutbutter chocolate balls

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup Rice Krispies

Mix all ingredients and form into small balls, size of a walnut. Chill 1 hour. Melt 1 package chocolate bark candy coating. Dip balls in chocolate with a tong and place on wax paper. Keep in a cool place.

IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES TO NUTS...DO NOT TOUCH THIS CACHE!!

Please log all attempts. Please place cache back as found to make
winter friendly (as possile).

Bring your own pen.

TIP: If you don’t like the smell of fried fish that seems to linger in the house long after you’ve finished cooking, add a dollop of peanut butter to the frying pan. It will absorb the smell!!
