Geocache Description:

This is #9 of ten Howell Campground GeoCaching Primer (HCGCP) instructional caches for new cachers placed for Lake Red Rock's Big Geocaching Event, September 18, 2010. This one was modified June 13, 2015 due to structural constraints.

It's "revenge" because I've spent way too long hunting for bridge caches that I never found, so I made this one super easy! You don't need to crawl under the bridge or walk along the whole length of it with a mirror or examine every inch of the place. You can just stand on the north corner ON the bridge, behind the gate (no matter where your coords take you, follow these instructions). The H6 stickers on the south side of the north beam are stuck to a magnet. A write-right log (paper you can write on even if it's wet) is glued to the back of that with just a tiny bit of space for about 50 names. BYOP (see below). This is a high traffic area, but you can just look like you're enjoying the view while you sign :) Please put it back straight so it looks like it belongs there.

The original cache was a Bell key holder with a strong magnet (usually used to hide a key under a car) stuck under the dome lid of a garbage can. Most of the garbage cans were removed from the campground this year, which is why the cache was moved to the nearby bridge.

Hopefully you already have an account at Geocaching.com, but if not, you'll want to do that. You can start logging all your finds to document your adventures (instructions are on the website). Many cachers use abbreviations in their physical and online logs, such as FTF (first to find this cache!) or TFTC (thanks for the cache) or BYOP (bring your own pen). You'll only have room for your geoname on this little log sheet.
