The Gritstone Trail is a long-distance walking path in Cheshire split into three stages. The first stage, 10.3 miles (17 km) in length, leads from Disley to Tegg's Nose; the second, of length 15.3 miles (25 km), from Tegg's Nose to Timbersbrook, is the best for obtaining a close look at gritstone scenery. The final stage of 9.3 miles (15 km) runs from Timbersbrook to Kidsgrove.
The cache is placed on a the Gritstone Trail near Wincle Minn and the Dumkins. The views are quite nice. Getting to the cache can be difficult. Parking is available on Minn End Lane near the top. To get to it turn left from the A523 and keep on going down the road until you see a farm. Turn right and keep going until you see a parking place you want to stop at. You can then keep walking along the lane until you reach the Gritstone Trail. Follow the GPS to GZ. This is the third cache in the series. The cache is in a small container with a logbook and pencil.
Congratulations to The Blackhawkers for the FTF.
