When you find this building, you will see four white statues on the front wall. One of them is called Agriculture. The cache is what the commerce statue is holding in his hand. That you have to find out and report.
And dont miss to go inside this building, it is very interesting architecture. I am sure this building has a interesting history. And hurry, it will be gone one day.
Please, only report what is in his hand, not the name or place of the building. Then it can keep on a while as a virtual cache. (There are four statues to identify, I will change to another statue when the first is reported)
