Traditional hide in Denman Wildlife Area. Park at trailhead parking lot for Upper Table Rock. Nearby caches include Equidistant, Denman Ditch, The deer is gone and Ol' Flat Top. Please stay on rabbit trails after leaving road to minimize impact on area.
This cache is one in a series of 12 caches in the Cache to Eagle Project for the Big Pines District Boy Scouts. Keep track of the scout law word, code word, and mystery coordinates associated with each cache. These will be needed to access the Big Pines Treasure Cache. This cache is in honor of the eagle scout projects that have benefited Denman and other nature areas in the Big Pines District. Troop 103: Bird Boxes and 2 benches at Denman Wildlife Reserve. 2000 8. Troop 13: Benches and trail maintenance at Denman Wildlife Area. 2003 9. Troop 112: New markers at Stuart Falls Ski Trail in Crater Lake National Park. 2005 10. Troop 13: Remove 60-100' blackberries, plant willows at pond on Denman Wildlife Area. 2007 11. Troop 535: Inventory, GPS locate, and repair duck, bird, and bat boxes in Denman. 2007 12. Troop 13: Add new 1/4 mile trail to open a closed area at Denman Wildlife Area. 2008 13.
