One of the first caches I found, was at this same site. It was
called
Whatnot. It was a funny tale about a co-workers annoying habit
of over using the phrase "and Whatnot". That cache has since been
archived.
Enter "Not For Anything", which is a term excessively used by a
co-worker of mine. Although, unlike "and What Not" which is used a
sentence ending, "Not For Anthing" is the emphasis at the start of
a sentence to alert the persons audience that what you are about to
say is important.
Urban Dictionary defines "Not for anything" as:
Phrase meaning "what I'm about to say is important." That is
"I'm not saying this for my health".... Generally said as "Not
f'nuthin', but...." NYC/East Coast slang of the caucasian working
class (particularly Italians)...
"Not for nothing, but your mom has the best rack I've seen in
years...."
