This is a challenge cache. It is at the listed coordinates. You may find the cache and sign the log whenever it is convenient for you, but you should not log the cache as a find until you have completed the challenge.
In order to complete this challenge you must have logged and/or developed a total of ten (10) or more earthcaches. A combination of logged and developed earthcaches is also acceptable (example: 7 logged earthcaches and 3 developed earthcaches) as long as the total is ten (10) or more. Once you have done that, you may log this cache as a find. There is no control date for this challenge.
At the time this cache was published there were ten earthcaches in the immediate Watertown area. By taking a day and going earthcaching you should be able to log this cache (even if you didn't have any logged earthcaches at the beginning of the day).
