The team wanted to give Georgetown one more cache.

Your looking for a micro on a very small but busy industrial road during the day
Plenty of worker muggles during the day.
At night the streets are like a ghost town.
Please be sure to re-hide and seal as found. And bring that pen... you'll need it. And as always, keep an eye on those muggles! Enjoy
