All the prune trees are gone now but there are many other types of tree here.
As kids, our playground was the prune orchard that sat where this condominium complex now sits. We rode our bikes through it (later our motorcycles). We had prune fights and of course we ate our share of them too like plums before they were dried. It was a sad day when they cut all the trees down.
There is ample parking across the street in the shopping center, normally there is plenty of parking on the street right by the cache. There is also bike lanes and sidewalks that should make this an easy cache to get to.
It can be reached from the sidewalk by getting in a strange position and stretching a bit for most people. However it can be reached more easily by leaving the sidewalk breifly. You don't need to be like Popeye to get this one, I think his girlfriend could find it quite easily.
A small TB for the FTF is included. This cache will not hold very much in the way of trade items.
